# The Elsecar Steam Railway Order 1996, Article 11: Level crossings


The Council may in the construction of the railway and within the limits of deviation shown on the deposited plans carry the railway with a single line across and on the level of the roads and the foot crossing described in Schedule 2 to this Order.
