Article 9 Offences

(1)

It shall be an offence for any person, without reasonable excuse, to—

(a)

fail to comply with, or to contravene, any provision of any Regulations made under article 6(1);

(b)

fail to comply with a direction or order given or made under any Regulations made under article 6(1);

(c)

obstruct a person in the performance of a function under or by virtue of any Regulations made under article 6(1).

(2)

A person guilty of an offence under this article is liable on conviction to imprisonment for a term not exceeding three months’ or a fine not exceeding £5000 or its equivalent in the currency of the Territory.
