  "text": "Overseas Territories\nEmergency Powers\nMade 15th February 2017\nLaid before Parliament 22nd February 2017\nComing into force 16th March 2017\nAt the Court at Buckingham Palace, the 15th day of February 2017\nPresent,\nThe Queen’s Most Excellent Majesty in Council\nHer Majesty, in exercise of the powers conferred on Her by section 112 of the Saint Helena Act 1833, the British Settlements Acts 1887 and 1945, section 2(1)(b) of the Cyprus Act 1960, section 5 of the West Indies Act 1962, section 1(2) of the Anguilla Act 1980 and of all other powers enabling Her to do so, is pleased, by and with the advice of Her Privy Council, to order as follows:",
