# The Emissions Performance Standard (Enforcement) (Wales) Regulations 2015, Regulation 10: Directions under section 59(2) of the Act


Where the Secretary of State makes a direction under section 59(2) of the Act, the NRBW must—
(a) treat the emissions limit duty as suspended or modified as required by the direction; and
(b) comply with any requirement imposed on it by the direction.
