  "text": "(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Emissions Performance Standard Regulations 2015, and come into force on the day after the day on which they are made.\n(2) Parts 1 and 2 of these Regulations extend to the United Kingdom.\n(3) Part 3 of these Regulations applies to England only.",
