# The Emissions Performance Standard Regulations 2015, Regulation 1: Citation, commencement, extent and application

Extent: E+W+S+N.I.

(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Emissions Performance Standard Regulations 2015, and come into force on the day after the day on which they are made.
(2) Parts 1 and 2 of these Regulations extend to the United Kingdom.
(3) Part 3 of these Regulations applies to England only.
