# The Employee Study and Training (Procedural Requirements) Regulations 2010, Regulation 8: Appeals

An employee is entitled to appeal against the employer’s decision to refuse a section 63D application, or part of a section 63D application, by giving notice in accordance with regulation 9 within 14 days after the date on which notice of the decision is given.
