Laid before Parliament 10th March 2017
Coming into force 1st April 2017
The Secretary of State makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 3(2) and (5), 7(4) and (5), 9(3), 10, 12 and 144(2) and (4) of the Pensions Act 2008.
