Regulation 2 Amendment of the Employers’ Liability (Compulsory Insurance) Regulations 1998

Schedule 2 to the Employers’ Liability (Compulsory Insurance) Regulations 1998^f1 (employers exempted from insurance), is amended as follows—

(a)

in paragraph 1, for “National Assembly for Wales” in both places substitute “the Welsh Ministers”^f2 and for “monies provided by that Assembly” substitute “out of the Welsh Consolidated Fund”.

(b)

after paragraph (15), add—
