# Employment Act 1988, Paragraph 14


(1) In section 5(3)(e) of the Industrial Training Act 1982 (power of industrial training board to take part in arrangements in pursuance of the 1973 Act), for the words “section 2(1) or (2), 3(4)” there shall be substituted the words “ section 2, 3 ”.
