# The Employment Act 2002 (Commencement No. 5) Order 2003, Article 2: Appointed day


The day appointed for the coming into force of —
(a) section 49; and
(b) paragraphs 9, 10, 15, and paragraph 8 so far as it relates to those paragraphs, 51 and 55 of Schedule 7, and section 53 so far as it relates to those paragraphs,
shall be 5th July 2003.
