# The Employment Act 2002 (Commencement No. 7) Order 2004, Article 1: Citation and interpretation


(1) This Order may be cited as the Employment Act 2002 (Commencement No. 7) Order 2004.
(2) In this Order, any reference to a numbered section or a Schedule is a reference to the section or Schedule bearing that number in the Employment Act 2002.
