# The Employment Act 2002 (Commencement No. 7) Order 2004, Note: Explanatory note


(This note is not part of the Order)
This Order brings into force the provisions of the Employment Act 2002 (2002 c. 22) (“the Act”) set out in Article 2. Those provisions are minor and consequential amendments to other legislation and will come into force on 1st October 2004.
