# The Employment Act 2002 (Commencement No. 8) Order 2004, Article 1: Citation and interpretation


(1) This Order may be cited as the Employment Act 2002 (Commencement No. 8) Order 2004.
(2) In this Order, “the Act” means the Employment Act 2002.
