# The Employment Act 2002 (Commencement No. 8) Order 2004, Note: Explanatory note


(This note is not part of the Order)
This Order brings into force on the 1st November 2004 the provisions of the Employment Act 2002 (2002 c. 22) set out in Article 2.
The provisions are a consequential amendment and some repeals of existing legislation.
