  "text": "(1) The Employment Tribunals Act 1996 is amended as follows.\n(2) In section 18(1) (claims and proceedings to which provisions as to conciliation apply)—\n(a) in paragraph (b), after “168,” there is inserted “ 168A, ”,\n(b) in paragraph (d)—\n(i) at the beginning there is inserted “ under or ”, and\n(ii) after “28,” there is inserted “ 80G(1), 80H(1)(b), ”, and\n(c) in paragraph (f), at the beginning there is inserted “ under or ”.\n(3) In section 19 (conciliation procedure), at the end of paragraph (a) there is inserted “ and ”.",
