# Employment Act 2002, Paragraph 28

Extent: E+W+S

In section 78 (parental leave: special cases), in subsection (6), for the words from “to maternity” to the end there is substituted—
“to parental leave and partly to—
(a) maternity leave, or
(b) adoption leave,
or to both. ”
