Section 89 (pay during notice period: employments without normal working hours) is amended as follows.

In subsection (3)(b), for “parental leave” there is substituted “ adoption leave, parental leave or paternity leave ”.

In subsection (4), after “statutory maternity pay,” there is inserted “ paternity pay, statutory paternity pay, adoption pay, statutory adoption pay, ”.
