# Employment Act 2002, Paragraph 55: Welfare Reform and Pensions Act 1999 (c. 30)

In section 72 of the Welfare Reform and Pensions Act 1999, in subsection (3), after paragraph (a) there is inserted—
“(aa) section 2AA of the Administration Act,”.
