# Employment Agencies Act 1973, Section 3B: Enforcement.

Extent: E+W+S

Any person who, without reasonable excuse, fails to comply with a prohibition order shall be guilty of an offence and liable —
(a) on conviction on indictment, to a fine;
(b) on summary conviction, to a fine not exceeding the statutory maximum.
