  "text": "(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Employment and Support Allowance (Amendment) Regulations 2012 and come into force on 28th January 2013.\n(2) In these Regulations —\n“the ESA Regulations” means the Employment and Support Allowance Regulations 2008; and\n“the commencement date” means the date on which these Regulations come into force.",
