# Employment and Training Act 1981, Paragraph 20

Extent: E+W+S

For subsection (1) of section 15 of that Act there shall he substituted—
“(1) lt is unlawful for the Manpower Services Commission to discriminate in the provision of facilities or services under section 2 of the Employment and Training Act 1973”.
