The Lord Chancellor, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by sections 30 and 32 of the Industrial Tribunals Act 1996^f1, and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, having consulted with the Lord President of the Court of Session, hereby makes the following Rules:—
