  "text": "EMPLOYMENT TRIBUNALS\nMade 11th April 2001\nLaid before Parliament 12th April 2001\nComing into force 16th April 2001\nThe Lord Chancellor, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by sections 30(1), (2)(a), (b), (c) and (d) and (2A) and 41(4) of the Employment Tribunals Act 1996 and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, and after consultation with the Lord President of the Court of Session, hereby makes the following Rules:—",

      "text": "1996 c. 17. Section 30(2)(b) was amended by regulation 35(4) of the Transnational Information and Consultation of Employees Regulations 1999 (S.I. 1999/3323). Section 30(2)(d) is amended, and section 30(2A) inserted, by paragraph 5(2) and (3) of Schedule 8 to the Employment Relations Act 1999 (c. 26). By virtue of section 1 of the Employment Rights (Dispute Resolution) Act 1998 (c. 8) industrial tribunals were renamed employment tribunals and references to “industrial tribunal” and “industrial tribunals” in any enactment were substituted with “employment tribunal” and “employment tribunals”."
