# The Employment Appeal Tribunal (Amendment) Rules 2001, Rule 11


In rule 20—
(a) in paragraphs (2) and (3), for the words “paragraph 16(1) and (2) of Schedule 11”, substitute the words “section 28 of the 1996 Act”; and
(b) omit paragraph (4).
