# The Employment Appeal Tribunal (Amendment) Rules 2001, Rule 12


In rule 21(1)—
(a) omit the words “(subject to rule 22(2))”; and
(b) for the words “paragraph 16(1) and (2) of Schedule 11”, substitute the words “section 28 of the 1996 Act”.
