Article 24 Amendment of rules

In the Schedule, in Form 1 for paragraph 5 substitute—

“5.

A copy of the employment tribunal’s written reasons are attached to this notice/the reason(s) why a copy of the employment tribunal’s written reasons are not included are as follows (here set out in paragraphs the reason(s) why no copy of the employment tribunal’s written reasons is attached).”.
