# The Employment Appeal Tribunal (Amendment) Rules 2004, Article 8: Amendment of rules


(1) In rule 7(1)(e) after “the 1999 Regulations” insert or regulation 47(6) of the 2004 Regulations”.
(2) In rule 7(2) for “interlocutory” substitute “interim”.
