Coming into force 1st October 2005
The Lord Chancellor, in exercise of the powers conferred upon him by sections 30(1), (2)(b) and (2A) of the Employment Tribunals Act 1996 and after consultation with the Lord President of the Court of Session, hereby makes the following Rules:
