Rule 2 Amendments to the Employment Appeal Tribunal Rules 1993

In rule 2, in the definition of “national security proceedings”^f1, for “regulation 2 of the Employment Tribunals (Constitution and Rules of Procedure) Regulations 2004”, substitute “regulation 3 of the Employment Tribunals (Constitution and Rules of Procedure) Regulations 2013”.
