# The Employment Appeal Tribunal (Amendment) Rules 2023, Rule 1: Citation, commencement and extent


(1) These Rules may be cited as the Employment Appeal Tribunal (Amendment) Rules 2023 and come into force on 30th September 2023.
(2) These Rules extend to England and Wales and Scotland.
