Rule 1 Citation, commencement and extent

These Rules may be cited as the Employment Appeal Tribunal (Amendment) Rules 2026.

These Rules come into force immediately following the commencement of the Tribunal Procedure and Employment Tribunal Procedure (Amendment) Rules 2026f1.
(3)
These Rules extend to England and Wales and Scotland.
