# The Employment Code of Practice (Settlement Agreements) Order 2013, Article 2: Appointed day for the Code of Practice


The day appointed by the Secretary of State under section 200(5) of the Trade Union and Labour Relations (Consolidation) Act 1992 for the coming into effect of the Code of Practice on Settlement Agreements is 29th July 2013.
