  "long_title": "This Order, which comes into force on 1st June 1991, revokes theIndustrial Relations Code of Practice originally issued by the Secretaryof State in 1972 under section 3 of the Industrial Relations Act 1971(c.72). On the repeal of that Act by the Trade Unionand Labour RelationsAct 1974 (c. 52), the Code was maintained in force by Part I of Schedule1 to the 1974 Act; since the repeal of that Part by the EmploymentProtection Act 1975, the Code has been maintained in force by paragraph4 of Schedule 17 to the 1975 Act.",
