# The Employment Codes of Practice (Revocation) Order 1991, Article 2: Revocation of Codes of Practice


The following Codes of Practice are revoked —
(a) the Code of Practice having effect under paragraph 4 of Schedule 17to the Employment Protection Act 1975 (known as the Industrial Relations Code of Practice);
(b) the Code of Practice issued in 1983 under section 3 of theEmployment Act 1980 entitled“Closed Shop Agreements and Arrangements”.
