Regulation 1 Citation, commencement and interpretation

These Regulations may be cited as the Employment Equality (Age) (Amendment No.2) Regulations 2006 and shall come into force on 1st December 2006.

In these Regulations—

• “the Age Regulations” means the Employment Equality (Age) Regulations 2006^f1;

• “Schedule 2” means Schedule 2 to the Age Regulations.
