Regulation 10 Limits on contributions to a defined benefits arrangement

After paragraph 11 of Schedule 2 (contributions under defined benefits arrangements) insert—

“11A.

Any limitation on employer contributions in respect of a member or member contributions to a defined benefit arrangement by reference to a maximum level of pensionable pay.”.
