# The Employment Equality (Age) (Amendment No.2) Regulations 2006, Regulation 3: Amendment of regulation 11 of the Age Regulations


In regulation 11 of the Age Regulations (pension schemes)—
(a) in paragraphs (1) and (2), after “the trustees or managers of” insert in each place “, or any employer in relation to,”; and
(b) in paragraph (1) for “service” substitute “pensionable service”.
