  "text": "(1) The Interpretation Act (Northern Ireland) 1954 (c. 33) applies to this Order as it applies to an Act of the Assembly.\n(2) In this Order—\n“the Board” means the Commissioners of Inland Revenue;\n“the Department” means the Department for Employment and Learning;\n“employer” and “employee” have the same meanings as in Parts XIIZA and XIIZB of the Social Security Contributions and Benefits (Northern Ireland) Act 1992 (c. 7).",
