  "text": "For section 31(7) of the Employment Rights Act 1996 (guarantee payments: limits) there shall be substituted—\n“(7) The Secretary of State may by order vary—\n(a) the length of the period specified in subsection (2);\n(b) a limit specified in subsection (3) or (4).”",
