  "text": "(1) Schedule 10 contains consequential amendments relating to this Part.\n(2) Part 1 of Schedule 11 contains provision for the making of schemes for the transfer of staff, property, rights and liabilities from the Gangmasters and Labour Abuse Authority and the Director of Labour Market Enforcement to the Secretary of State.\n(3) Part 2 of that Schedule contains other transitional and saving provision for the purposes of this Part.",
