  "text": "(1) In section 80A of the Employment Rights Act 1996 (entitlement to paternity leave: birth)—\n(a) omit subsection (4A);\n(b) in subsection (6A), omit paragraph (c).\n(2) In section 80B of that Act (entitlement to paternity leave: adoption)—\n(a) omit subsection (4A);\n(b) in subsection (6C), omit paragraph (c).\n(3) In section 171ZE of the Social Security Contributions and Benefits Act 1992 (rate and period of statutory paternity pay), in subsection (3A), omit paragraph (b) (and the “or” before it).\n(4) In consequence of the amendments made by subsections (1)(a) and (2)(a), in section 118 of the Children and Families Act 2014, omit subsections (6) and (7).",
