  "text": "In section 226A of the Trade Union and Labour Relations (Consolidation) Act 1992 (notice of ballot and sample voting paper for employers)—\n(a) in subsection (2)(c)—\n(i) in sub-paragraph (i), for the words from “figures” (in the first place it occurs) to “arrived at” substitute “number mentioned in subsection (2B)”;\n(ii) in sub-paragraph (ii), for “figures and that explanation” substitute “that number”;\n(b) for subsection (2B) substitute—\n“(2B) The number is the total number of employees concerned.”;\n(c) in subsection (2C)—\n(i) in paragraph (b), omit the words from “and the number” to “categories”;\n(ii) in paragraph (c), omit the words from “and the number” to “workplaces”;\n(d) in subsection (2D), for “figures” substitute “the number”.",
