  "text": "(1) The Trade Union and Labour Relations (Consolidation) Act 1992 is amended in accordance with subsections (2) and (3).\n(2) Omit section 256D (power to impose financial penalties).\n(3) Omit Schedule A4 (Certification Officer: power to impose financial penalties).\n(4) In consequence of the amendments made by subsections (2) and (3), in the Trade Union Act 2016—\n(a) in section 19, omit subsections (1) to (3);\n(b) omit Schedule 3.",
