# The Employment Tribunal Procedure Rules 2024, Rule 25: Notification of employer’s contract claim

When the Tribunal sends a copy of the response form to the other parties in accordance with rule 23 (notification of acceptance) it must notify the claimant that the response includes an employer’s contract claim and include information on how the claimant may submit a reply, the time limit for doing so, and what will happen if the Tribunal does not receive a reply in time.
