# The Employment Tribunal Procedure Rules 2024, Rule 36: Other persons

Extent: E+W+S

The Tribunal may permit any person to participate in proceedings, on such terms as may be specified, in respect of any matter in which the Tribunal considers that that person has a legitimate interest.
