# The Employment Tribunal Procedure Rules 2024, Rule 62: Consent orders and judgments

Extent: E+W+S

If the parties agree in writing or orally at a hearing upon the terms of any order or judgment the Tribunal may, if it thinks fit, make such order or judgment, in which case it must be identified as having been made by consent.
