  "text": "(1) Subject to rule 86 (special cases), documents to be sent to a person who is not a party (“a non-party”) must be sent to the address provided by that non-party to which documents should be sent.\n(2) If no address for sending of documents is provided, documents must be sent—\n(a) if the non-party is not a corporate body, to any known address or place of business in the United Kingdom, or\n(b) if the non-party is a corporate body, to its registered or principal office in the United Kingdom or, if permitted by the Tribunal, to an address outside the United Kingdom.",
