  "text": "Where a document has been sent in accordance with rules 83 to 87, it must, unless the contrary is proved, be taken to have been received by the addressee—\n(a) if sent by post, on the day on which it would be received in the ordinary course of post;\n(b) if sent by means of electronic communication, on the day of transmission;\n(c) if delivered directly or personally, on the day of delivery.",
