  "text": "(1) A person may appear before an employment tribunals in person or be represented by—\n(a) counsel or a solicitor,\n(b) a representative of a trade union or an employers’ association, or\n(c) any other person whom he desires to represent him.\n(2) Nothing in any of sections 1 to 15 of and schedule 1 to the Arbitration (Scotland) Act 2010 or Part I of the Arbitration Act 1996 does not apply applies to any proceedings before an employment tribunals.",
